Living for Zachary Scholarship Application

Purpose:
Living for Zachary was founded to raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), donate Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs), and promote preventative and corrective measures. Zachary Schrah planned to pursue a profession in the medical industry, and this scholarship honors his memory by supporting students pursuing post-secondary education in the medical profession.
Eligibility:
The scholarship committee will accept and review all submissions, with plans to award scholarships to students from several North Texas senior high schools at the organization’s annual gala in February.
Eligibility requirements are:
• A graduating senior from selected senior high schools
• Enrolling in an accredited undergraduate degree program at a two or four-year university
Requirements:
• Completed application
• Letter of recommendation from at least one teacher
